This Privacy Policy explains the practices employed by THE GREEK FOUNDATION in collecting and using your information and the ways in which you can influence these. This Privacy Policy together with Terms & Condition governs THE GREEK FOUNDATION’s relationship with you in relation to this website (“Website”).
THE GREEK FOUNDATION’s Privacy Policy is governed by laws 2472/1997 and 3471/2006, which rule Personal Data Protection in Greece, as well as relevant European Directives.

Registration
Some services (including but not limited to reading articles, ordering products and services, entering competitions, subscribing to publications, voting in polls, playing games, completing surveys, placing postings/comments on forums, and submitting files to present your work) require you to set up an account with THE GREEK FOUNDATION. In case you do not provide THE GREEK FOUNDATION with the necessary documentation, THE GREEK FOUNDATION reserves the right to cancel your registration.
Once you register with THE GREEK FOUNDATION, you have the right to cancel your registration at any time after you send such a request.

User Names and Passwords
User names and passwords are assigned with the correct completion of the registration. User names and passwords are strictly private and personal to you and you must not make them public or make them known to third parties. You are the sole responsible for every use of the Website through your user name and password and you must immediately notify THE GREEK FOUNDATION for any unauthorized use or breach of security. THE GREEK FOUNDATION is under no case liable for any damage of any kind caused to you or persons affiliated to you, out of the illegal or unauthorized use of user names and passwords. THE GREEK FOUNDATION reserves the right to ask for compensation and/or indemnification from you, in case it undergoes any damage out of an illegal or unauthorized use of user names and passwords.

THE GREEK FOUNDATION has the right to deactivate your account at any time in case you break this Privacy Policy and the User Terms.

Protection of Personal Data
THE GREEK FOUNDATION is the recipient of all Personal Data that you provide. THE GREEK FOUNDATION keeps and processes the personal character data file, according with law 2472/1997 for the purpose of providing you with the Website’s services, including but not limited to processing your orders and requests, communicating with you directly, analyzing web usage. You have the right of information, the right of access and the right of objection to the keeping and procession of your Personal Data, according with articles 11, 12 and 13 of law 2472/1997, after sending a written request to THE GREEK FOUNDATION. Competent Courts for any dispute, claim or conflict arising out of this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions are the Courts of Thessaloniki Greece and applicable is the Greek Law.
