This exhibition – part of the 11th Naoussa International Film Festival – is part of a global initiative of Greek designers to describe Greece in the times of Crisis, named ‘Crisis is a Greek word’. The ongoing depression that affects more countries everyday has inspired 48 top Greek Visual Communication Designers, with more than 1,240 international and national distinctions, to participate for the first time at a common exhibition, its sole aim being to convey a message of creativity to the World. Putting their creative abilities, imagination and technique to use, they try to visualize the reality they experience in their everyday life, using their art to tell the tale of an experience globally described with the Greek word “Crisis”. This exhibition is part of Naoussa’s film festival, and offers the public the potential of meeting other arts beyond the art of cinema, a chance to admire special interest exhibits and strengthen their cultural experience.
