Allegro – New Horizon is located at the 5th level of Thessaloniki’s Concert Hall (building M2). The design key points were the building’s geometrical simplicity, materiality and unobstructed view of the sea.
The main architectural aim was the creation of a pleasant and elegant environment capable of welcoming the everyday visitor in a multi-purpose recreated area that offers a place for various activities and daily amenities.
The basic principles of the design were the linear alignments and strict simplicity that are combined with the modern character and architecture of the building, taking full advantage of the unobstructed views and natural light provided by the geometrical building itself.
Furniture and other configurations (walls and coatings) create a spectacular atmosphere. Iron structures, natural color wood and glass facades create a pleasant environment always ready to offer visitors the view of the Thermaikos Gulf from the city Port to Kalamaria.
Special attention has been given to the flexibility of the space so that it may be modified according to the nature of hosted events or special occasions such as weddings and corporate gatherings, or its daily basic operation as a cocktail bar, cafeteria and restaurant.
