In the center of Thessaloniki, The Greek Foundation Café brings the world of The Greek Foundation into everyday life. Part café, part shop and part meeting place, it brings together good coffee, food, independent publishing and contemporary Greek design under one roof.

The concept is simple, place to meet, read, browse or settle in for a while. Coffee by Taf sets the pace in the morning, accompanied by freshly baked goods from 72H and a food menu curated by Nikos Bakoulis. As the day unfolds, Greek wines, small plates and a signature unfiltered pilsner developed with ALEA Brewing Co. offer more reasons to stay. A herbal blend created in collaboration with Rhoeco adds another thoughtful detail to the drinks selection.

Beyond the tables, the shop brings together The Greek Foundation’s publications and a curated selection of objects, ceramics and stationery. Books sit within easy reach, while cups, plates and other everyday pieces invite visitors to take a little of the experience home.

Spread across two floors, the café accommodates different ways of spending time. There are places for a quick morning coffee, longer conversations and quieter moments upstairs with a book. The atmosphere is easy-going, designed around the familiar pleasures of good company and having nowhere particular to be.

In a city where café culture has long been part of the daily rhythm, The Greek Foundation Café creates a physical meeting point for the people, ideas and stories that have shaped the project from the beginning.
