In a quiet neighborhood overlooking Argostoli Bay, LArchitects designed a guesthouse that effortlessly blends neoclassical charm with contemporary comfort. With eight well-appointed suites spread across three levels, guests enjoy serene views and a tranquil communal garden with a pool. Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by a spacious gallery leading to the reception area and a wellness room downstairs. Each suite, averaging 25m², offers a unique perspective of the city, with ground-floor rooms facing the garden and upper levels overlooking the city and sea. Inside, bathrooms take center stage with luxurious features like freestanding bathtubs and ample natural light. The interiors boast a mix of retro and contemporary elements, from terrazzo mosaic tiles to solid wood furniture, creating a welcoming atmosphere with earthy tones and delicate metallic accents. Art lovers will appreciate the local craftsmanship on display, with specially curated porcelain ceramics adorned with motifs of Kefalonia’s native wildflowers.
