Minimalist interiors frame sea views at Om Living Pelion by Normless and Meni Kourmpeti

Nestled in the mountain village of Agios Dimitrios, Om Living Pelion is a new apartment hotel that reinterprets hospitality through the lens of contemporary design and local authenticity. Conceived by Normless in collaboration with interior designer Meni Kourmpeti, the project draws from the dramatic landscape of Pelion, where untamed sea views meet dense mountain greenery. Each residence is crafted to feel both personal and elegant, offering the warmth of a home with the quality of a boutique stay. Natural materials, soft textures and light-filled spaces reflect the surrounding environment, while open layouts frame the sweeping sea views that define the region.  Subtle references to local craft coexist with clean lines, creating an atmosphere both grounded and elevated. At its core, Om Living Pelion is about harmony between nature and architecture. The project offers a place where guests can slow down, reconnect and experience Pelion in an immersive way.
