Synempe Lab is a family laboratory based on the Greek island of Ikaria. Drawing on the expertise of a lab specialized in natural cosmetics, it produces handmade, plant-based soaps and cosmetics from local olive oil. Having a cleansing and moisturizing effect that comes from olive oil’s unique properties, the lab is totally aligned with sustainability and social justice ethics, using only olive oil exclusively produced by local farmers. Ikarian natural farming olive oil of Lathokubi, organic certified raw honey, propolis, and beeswax by globally awarded Melisanthi apiary, natural rosewater, pure chian mastic, Ikarian medicinal and pharmaceutical wild plants, and specially hand-picked organic seasonal local fruits are some of the productsโ quality components. Synempe Labโs ingredients are extracted and processed according to natural and regenerative farming, green chemistry principles, sustainability, and environmental protection. The packaging is also reusable and the skincare products are suitable for all skin types.
