The renovation by MplusM architects lasted more than two years in order to preserve, restore and highlight the building’s original charm and monumental character, without altering its original distinctive features. Carved marble balconies, murals and painted ceilings are some of the most characteristic architectural elements that were preserved and exude the timeless allure of the building. Featuring 9 boutique rooms, where history and luxury seamlessly intertwine, the Monument offers exclusive wellness services to its guests. Inside, natural materials along with a mix of contemporary, vintage, and bespoke furniture create an ambiance that is both elegant and contemporary.
