This project serves as an example of contemporary design, harmonizing functionality with abundant natural light and captivating views of Lycabettus. The renovation focused on optimizing space, with the living area leading naturally onto a spacious terrace while ensuring privacy in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Upon entering, guests are greeted by stylish furniture doubling as storage and a sleek kitchen backdrop. A compact office area complements the living space, framing the panoramic views. The kitchen boasts warm tones, marble surfaces and elegant contrasts, flowing into the living and dining areas. Bathrooms were revamped, with the shared one featuring custom marble tiles and the en suite bath exuding a serene ambiance with blue tiles and grey accents. Outdoors, a built-in bench provides a focal point, surrounded by resilient plants to blend indoor and outdoor living.
