Be* is a bistro bar located on the ground flour of one of the most emblematic neoclassical buildings of Thessaloniki, featuring a unique angular arrangement that serves as a large window showcasing the establishment to passersby. The wall decoration stands out for a large blackboard and a map of the city, which add up to the harmony of the space, bringing all its elements together. The bar acts as the main focal point, dividing the space into two directions. Geometric shapes are used for the wooden paneling on the bar, the lighting fixtures and the rest of the furniture. Around the windows, booths create corners and colored lights are hung in rows over the tables. A metal fixture was designed and placed above the bar in order to create space to store glasses and to serve as an extra divider in the space. The furniture and fixtures of the space were designed and manufactured by Urban Soul Project.
