Nestled in the scenic Saronic Gulf coast, this summer house reflects the essence of modern Greek architecture, originally built in the 1980s by the renowned architect Ino Pikioni, daughter of the distinguished Dimitris Pikionis. As the house transitioned to the next generation, it was redesigned to meet the needs of a larger family of five. The renovation added a third bedroom, two bathrooms, a new kitchen, outdoor shaded areas, and a swimming pool. The design by Memneo Architecture aimed to harmonize with the existing structure while updating it to modern standards. The floor plan remained fluid, featuring sculptural forms and natural materials. The house seamlessly extends to the outdoor space, integrating water features and pergolas with the landscape.
