ESO is a one-day interior design conference in which architecture and interior design professionals meet and exchange food for thought as they discuss and analyze the ways in which they think, operate and create.
The city is at the epicenter of ESO 2015. Guest speakers from different fields of the creative domain discuss the city through personal studies and experiences. Yorgis Yerolymbos explains the methods with which his gaze moves between architecture and photography, constructing landscapes. Rena Sakellaridou presents for the first time the new Athens Academy building in Sina St., where architecture designates the dense Athens centre layering. Konstantinos Labrinopoulos talks about the Klab oeuvre, where the metropolitan condition is a basic ingredient, from the start. Dimitris Koliadimas tackles the communication issue. Marianthi Tatari of UNStudio presents vanguard concerns, through her architectural work on the world’s most challenging urban environments. Prodromos Nikiforidis talks about the new image of Thessaloniki, and more. Finally, Stavros Papayannis talks about design in multiple scales, from the branding point of view. The conference will be concluded by renown Italian designer Carlotta de Bevilacqua.
