Bostani Bar & Restaurant in Sifnos Island

The newest addition to the gastronomic scene of Sifnos island gets its name from the garden that surrounds it, providing the kitchen with the freshest and most fragrant herbs and veggies. Inspired by the culinary heritage of Sifnos, Bostani Bar & Restaurant opened its doors in June.

Located next to the Verina Astra Ηotel in Poulati, the restaurant enjoys an incredible view to the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. Embedded into the rugged landscape of the island, Bostani offers a multi-sensory experience with renowned Greek chef Nikos Thomas, and his skilled team led by Martha Zika using elevated techniques to reintroduce pure, Mediterranean tastes.
