REMUAGE is a sparkling wine rooted in time, craft and precision. Produced at Moropoulos Winery in Mantinia, it is made from Moschofilero, one of Greeceโs most aromatic grape varieties, known for its freshness and floral lift. Its name comes from remuage: the traditional, hands-on technique at the heart of classic sparkling winemaking. Over days and weeks, each bottle is slowly turned by hand, guiding the spent yeast toward the neck before disgorgement. It is a process defined by patience rather than speed, where clarity is achieved through movement, repetition and care. Designed by Marios Karystios, the label translates this invisible ritual into a visual language. Typography becomes motion. The text begins steady and grounded, then gradually shifts upward, mirroring the gentle rotation of the bottle as it moves from horizontal to neck-down. The progression is subtle but deliberate, echoing the slow choreography of the remuage itself. Minimal yet expressive, the design allows the bottle to tell its own story. In a single, fluid gesture, it connects tradition with contemporary designโcapturing the human hand, the passing of time, and the subtle elegance behind every glass.
