In the quiet heart of Antiparos, the former folklore museum has been reimagined as a light-filled summer retreat by 1OAM apotheke. More than a store, the pop-up unfolds like an intimate home defined by scent, taste, and slow living. The project is led by Eva Papadaki, founder of 1OAM apotheke, alongside Anastasia Tsourekas of Louisa stores and Thanasis Panourias, co-owner of Bardot. Together, they expand the brand’s philosophy of mindful living, weaving in a seasonal food and beverage concept that shifts throughout the day. From early mornings under the trees, guests are invited to simple rituals: herbal teas of malotira, dittany and sage, coffee by Red Jane, fresh juices, and a breakfast that echoes village kitchens — all homemade, all local. As the sun dips, the mood shifts. A Botanical Bar takes over, offering wild-infused cocktails and a changing menu of small, seasonal dishes. The interiors balance raw elegance and island tactility, shaped by Studio Andrew Trotter, Eva Papadaki, and laarc architecture. Sculpted marble pieces by Theodore Psychoyos frame the experience in a palette of calm and light. Every element is considered to invite. A home where the lines between shop, studio, and gathering space blur, capturing the unhurried summer tempo of Antiparos.
