Athens-based 1OAM apotheke has expanded its flagship in Psyrri with a new café and bakery, transforming the ground floor and basement of the 1OAM Lofts building into a warm, lived-in extension of the brand’s world. Founded by Eva Papadaki, the studio has evolved from a concept store centred on objects, scent and nourishment into a full weekend ritual, now welcoming visitors every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. The new in-house bakery is inspired by the pace of Greek village mornings and the sensory character of local ingredients. Small-batch offerings include warm bread baked on site, tahini buns with 1OAM apotheke organic thyme honey, ladenia with tomatoes and herbs, walnut cake made with the brand’s organic olive oil, herbal teas and natural Greek wines. Coffee is provided by Red Jane, roasted exclusively for the space. A self-service approach invites guests to slow down and treat the interior as their own home, moving seamlessly between the culinary experience and the brand’s skin, scent and home collections. Surrounded by the aromas of bread, herbs and incense, visitors encounter the full universe of 1OAM apotheke under one roof.
