‘Destination Greece’ stamp collection

This stamp collection is a self initiated project by Mike Karolos that aims to show the beautiful side of Greece in an illustrative abstract style. Greece has been a trending topic the past few years due to the economic and refugee crisis. These social and political developments make us sometimes forget that Greece is one of the most beautiful and safest places on earth. It combines nature and history, amazing beaches and mesmerizing food. In this collection Mike Karolos tried to visualize in his own style some very characteristic places and sceneries in the country, such as Greek islands, ancient artifacts and landmarks, beaches, traditional houses and food.
